This is a Permanent, Full-Time vacancy that will close in a month at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift Supervisor to join us at our Warrington Hub. We’re always on the lookout for top talent to join our growing business. We work hard, make quick decisions, and deliver to our ambitious goals every day.

Our supervisors work on shifts; this role is to work the Night Shift, typically 22:00-06:00, working any 5 days in 7.

Day to day you’ll:

• Supervise Warehouse Operatives and oversee operations in your zone, including throughputs, parcel presentation, productivity levels, and achievement of forecasted CPU against targets.
• Support the Process Manager with the quality of sortation and performance against MI measurements.
• Manage and control Client SLA’s, load presentation compliance, infeed targets, blockbuster targets, parcel presentation, mis-sorts, damages, and scanning compliance.
• Conduct coaching, 121’s, performance reviews, and team meetings with Operatives.
• Maintain reporting documentation and manifests to standard and timescales.
• Assist with H&S, hygiene, and quality audits, including risk assessments and safe systems of work in your zone during shifts.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience in logistics or distribution, ideally managing a team of operatives.
• Ability to work at pace and meet challenging targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence using data and effective communication skills.
