Job summary

Sports Direct is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our in-store team and lead a small department, delivering a world-class customer experience. You will train and motivate colleagues, maintain engaging work environments, and ensure presentation aligns with our brand standards.

As a confident leader with a passion for retail, you will drive performance, provide timely feedback, and embody the Sports Direct values in every interaction with customers and partners.
