As a Rituals Expert, you’re part of our in-store management team. You are a master of the Rituals feel-good experience with product expertise to match. You are a true brand ambassador, listening to our customers’ needs, and a role model and mentor to our Rituals Advisors.

Being a Rituals Expert means being a lead sales advisor with ambitions to expand your professional skill set in luxury retail and cosmetics!

You’ll work alongside your Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Rituals Advisors to achieve personal and store goals. You’ll interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience and mentor and support Rituals Advisors.

You are unique because of your ability to mentor team members and connect with customers, making everyone feel at home in our stores. As a Rituals Expert, you are passionate about our brand and can share that excitement with your team and customers.

Additionally, you have:
