About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail targets by driving sales.
• Opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring safe and legal trading.
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service to deliver sales.
• Creating a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
• Demonstrating Claire's products and assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge.
• Assisting with store operations such as processing deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
• Receiving full training for ear piercing.
• Maintaining the store's presentable and inviting appearance.

Qualifications - External

About You

• Some high school education required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of customer service importance.
• Strong reading comprehension and mathematical skills.
• Ability to stand during shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to perform bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools for merchandise placement and customer assistance.
• Ability to operate POS system.
