About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales.
  2. In the absence of other management, opening and closing the store and ensuring it trades safely and legally during your shift.
  3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
  4. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
  5. Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
  6. Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  7. Receiving full training for ear piercing.
  8. Maintaining the store's appearance to be presentable and inviting.

Qualifications - External
About You
  • Some high school education required.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational abilities.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of customer service importance.
  • Strong reading comprehension and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to stand during shifts.
  • Physical ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to perform bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders or step stools for merchandise placement and customer assistance.
  • Ability to operate POS systems.
