Part-Time Manager Opportunity

About The Role

As a Part-time Manager at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales
2. In the absence of any other management, opening and closing the store and ensuring that the store trades safely and legally during those times
3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
4. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
5. Demonstrating Claire's products
6. Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
7. Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
8. Ear piercing (full training provided)
9. Keeping the store presentable and inviting to customers

Qualifications - External

About You

• Some high school education required
• Minimum 1 year retail experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of customer service importance
• Strong math skills and reading comprehension
• Ability to stand during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to perform bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders/stools while stocking or assisting customers
• Ability to operate POS system
