About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales.
  2. In the absence of other management, opening and closing the store and ensuring it trades safely and legally.
  3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
  4. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
  5. Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
  6. Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  7. Ear piercing (full training provided).
  8. Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance.

Qualifications - External

About You:

  • Some high school education required.
  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of the importance of customer service.
  • Strong reading comprehension and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
  • Capability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and step stools for merchandise placement and customer assistance.
  • Ability to operate POS systems.
