About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
• In the absence of other management, opening and closing the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge.
• Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
• Ear piercing (full training provided).
• Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance.

Qualifications - External

About You

• Some high school education required.
• Minimum of 1 year retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding the importance of customer service.
• Strong reading comprehension and mathematical skills.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and assist customers with merchandise placement.
• Ability to operate POS systems.
