Opening this November, this concept redefines the way customers engage with wellbeing and luxury. Your vision and leadership will ensure every visitor experiences a moment of pause, breath, and reconnection in their everyday lives. Being a Rituals Expert means being a lead sales advisor with ambitions of expanding your professional skill set in luxury retail and cosmetics!
You’ll be working alongside your Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Rituals Advisors to reach your personal goals and goals for your store. You’ll interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience and you’ll mentor and support Rituals Advisors.

On top of that, you have:
-Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within retail or hospitality.
-Strong motivation to reach performance targets.

-Decision making and problem-solving skills.
-Eye for detail, organised and structured.
