As a Supervisor of our groundbreaking Oxford Street West ‘Mind Oasis’ store, you will guide a transformative shopping experience—blending science-backed treatments with immersive design. Opening this November, this concept redefines the way customers engage with wellbeing and luxury. Your vision and leadership will ensure every visitor experiences a moment of pause, breath, and reconnection in their everyday lives. Being a Rituals Expert means being a lead sales advisor with ambitions of expanding your professional skill set in luxury retail and cosmetics!

You’ll be working alongside your Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Rituals Advisors to reach your personal goals and store objectives. You’ll interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience and mentor and support Rituals Advisors.
