Our Supervisors have a special talent for amazing our Customers!

We believe jewellery retail is all about product knowledge. Where do the gems come from? How does that watch keep such exact time? Our Store Supervisors bring this knowledge to life!

You’ll be a role model for customer service, achieve targets, maximize sales, and share your product expertise. You’ll also coach new team members, helping them develop their product knowledge and customer service skills.

As the face of H. Samuel, you will reflect our brand and culture. Our dress code is fashion-conscious and business casual, encouraging individuality with tattoos, piercings, and style!

Your Background

Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but your ability to sell is key. Strong communication, confidence, and outgoing personality to build rapport and showcase products are essential. Ambition is important—this role is a stepping stone into management, with coaching and training to support your growth.
