Our Supervisors have a special talent for amazing our Customers!

We believe jewellery retail is about product knowledge. Where do the gems come from? How does that watch keep such exact time? Our Store Supervisors bring this knowledge to life!

You’ll be a role model in customer service, achieving targets, maximising sales, and sharing your product expertise. You’ll also support store management, coaching new team members, helping them develop their product knowledge and customer service skills.

As the face of H. Samuel, you’ll reflect our brand and culture. Our dress code is fashion-conscious and business casual, celebrating individual style including tattoos and piercings!

Your Background

Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but your selling ability, communication skills, confidence, and outgoing personality are key. Ambition is important—this role is a stepping stone into management, with coaching and training to support your growth.
