The Role

The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service, and supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

This role requires thriving in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment. You will share your Pandora product knowledge, run coaching sessions to unlock sales potential, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors set personal KPIs and sales targets and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to exceed them.
  2. Conduct store walks, understand the importance of visual merchandising, and monitor sales figures.
  3. Handle escalated customer complaints effectively.
  4. Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity.
  5. Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service tailored to individual needs.
Store Operations
  1. Act as key holder, ensuring proper store opening and closing procedures.
  2. Manage cashing up and till reconciliation.
  3. Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  4. Support product and POS deliveries, unloading, and storage.
  5. Operate the till, handling transactions, returns, and escalated issues.
  6. Maintain security policies to ensure safety for staff and customers.
