Job summary

GO Outdoors in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Colleague to help deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You’ll greet customers with energy, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and support till operations while upholding our high standards of presentation.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy teamwork, and be open to learning new tasks. Weekend and evening shifts, plus busy seasonal periods, are part of the role.

• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.

Role Overview

As a Store Colleague, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding experiences every day, helping customers feel valued, supported, and excited about our products.
