Job summary

Pizza Pilgrims in London is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to create lasting pizza memories and contribute to the vibrant pizzeria vibe across our venues. You will oversee health and safety, run shifts, manage stock, train teams, ensure food quality, and gather guest feedback to keep standards high.

We offer serious career development as we open 5 new pizzerias this year and next. On top of 28 days holiday, you’ll earn an extra day for each year you work with us (up to 5 years).

Qualifications

• Health & Safety knowledge and ability to implement safety standards.
• Experience running a shift and coordinating a team.
• Stock management and inventory control responsibilities.
• Training and developing team members to deliver quality service.
• Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

In 2012, Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk all the way from Sicily to London on a 'Pilgrimage' to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. They went on to set up a market stall in Soho with an oven in the back of the van before opening their first actual pizzeria on Dean Street. As a Restaurant Supervisor you’ll be a specialist in creating lasting pizza memories, amazing pizzeria vibes, for every guest to leave with a full belly, and already planning their next visit. Your responsibilities will also include;
