Job summary

Pizza Pilgrims in London is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to create lasting pizza memories and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our busy pizzerias.

You’ll be responsible for health and safety, shift running, and team training, while inviting new ideas to grow the Pilgrims family.

We offer £13.55 per hour plus tronco, with serious career development as we open five new venues and expand our team, plus enhanced holiday provisions for long-term staff.

In 2012, Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk all the way from Sicily to London on a 'Pilgrimage' to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. Nowadays we have over 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK, we’ve got our own Pizza Academy where we run training workshops every day, and we’re also a BCORP - something we’re extremely proud about achieving.We pride ourselves on using the best ingredients from Naples including Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, salsiccia e friarielle , to make the best Neapolitan pizza every day.

As a Restaurant Supervisor you’ll be a specialist in creating lasting pizza memories, amazing pizzeria vibes, for every guest to leave with a full belly, and already planning their next visit. Your responsibilities will also include;
