Job description

One of our clients are looking for a Electrically Biased Building Services Supervisor in London SW7, previous experience of working in a Multi Tenanted, Banking or Hotel environment would be an advantage.


Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices.
City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognized equivalent.
17th/18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration
Electrical Apprenticeship gained within the building maintenance industry.
Experience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosis, rectification.
Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
Supervising one other member of staff.
Looking after contractors and issuing permits.
This is a hands-on position with admin duties
Working 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday.
Covering 1 weekend in 4, 08.00-17.00 (2 days off in week)
Working within a Hotel environment Pay £45 - £47k + up to 10% bonus linked to PPM Schedule
