We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B male prison.

HMP Bullingdon operates like a self-contained village, requiring hundreds of staff to function. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, you will help ensure smooth and safe operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.

As Electrical Supervisor, you will work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a secure environment.

We are a five-year-old Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS. We seek an Electrical Supervisor with:

• At least five years’ experience as an Electrician, preferably in FM, secure, military, health, or similar sectors
• Qualifications equivalent to C&G 2367 or 2357 and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
• Experience with commercial or industrial electrical or building systems
• A certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of risk, compliance, planning, and project management
• Previous team leadership experience for Electricians and Maintenance staff
