Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 32 hours per week.

As a Cafe Supervisor, you will:
  1. Maintain high standards of quality work using your skills.
  2. Possibly progress your career with a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Checking and storing all deliveries promptly and correctly.
  • Supervising a team to create a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment.
  • Being a responsible key holder.
  • Assisting with weekly bookkeeping and other necessary duties.
  • Producing weekly rotas following managerial guidelines.
  • Placing stock orders to maintain appropriate levels.
  • Delegating tasks and ensuring team proactivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
Our ideal Cafe Supervisor will have:
  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
