As a Rituals Expert, you will be part of our in-store management team. You will master the Rituals feel-good experience, possess product expertise, and act as a brand ambassador. Your role involves listening to customer needs, mentoring Rituals Advisors, and expanding your professional skills in luxury retail and cosmetics.

You will work alongside the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Rituals Advisors to achieve personal and store goals, interact directly with customers, and support your team.
