Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor to lead a team of Instructors and support engaging dynamic classes across our premium health clubs. You will deliver a diverse timetable of classes, adapt to all fitness levels, and uphold an inclusive, customer-focused culture while driving member engagement and outstanding service.

Applicants must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification and demonstrate strong communication, self-motivation, and a passion for helping members achieve

Qualifications

• Must hold CIMSPA Level 2 or 3 qualification.
• Able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Customer service mindset and passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of instructors and support engaging dynamic classes.
• Teach multiple classes in one location.
• Deliver signature classes with CIMSPA-accredited training and coaching.

About you:

As a Group Exercise Supervisor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply for this role

• Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities

• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.

• Have overall great communication and interaction skills

• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
