JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the key link between our products and customers, supporting and developing our Stylists.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting and deputising for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
2. Setting and achieving individual, daily, and weekly sales targets to improve store performance.
3. Monitoring KPIs and team performance through reports and updates for management.
4. Assisting with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and rota planning.
5. Enhancing the customer journey by providing exceptional 1-2-1 service and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
6. Inspiring, motivating, and developing the team through training, coaching, and sharing product knowledge.
7. Demonstrating passion for the brand and embodying our values.
8. Possessing strong customer service skills and experience in team management.
9. Proven track record of developing and growing team members.
10. Experience in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs within retail, along with a good understanding of store operations.
