We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fun environment. The candidate will support the team by acting as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager, serving as a role model, maintaining composure under pressure, and being knowledgeable about products and standards. The role involves assisting with administrative and operational duties and ensuring store security.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the store management team in all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
  2. Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge as a role model for the team.
  3. Create exceptional customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  4. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, supporting local marketing efforts and driving store success.
  5. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
  7. Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising, contributing to store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Proven success in retail sales
  • Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for our brands and their lifestyles
