Job summary

The Entertainer is seeking a Supervisor for their shop on Midsomer Norton High Street. You will support the Store Manager in day-to-day running, ensuring the team stays focused and delivers excellent customer service.

You will also have opportunities to lead the store independently to cover days off and holidays, shaping a strong management career path. You will be energetic and outgoing, with a natural flair for retailing, and will participate in comprehensive online training and career

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Leadership and coaching abilities.

• Support Store Manager in daily operations to drive store performance.
• Coach and motivate sales team to deliver high store standards and customer service.
• Run the store independently to cover days off and holidays; manage deliveries, merchandising and pricing.

Job description

When you join us as a Supervisor at The Entertainer, Midsomer Norton High Street you will be a key member of the store’s management team and a role model for our Sales Assistants. You will be there to support your Store Manager in the day to day running of your store, ensuring the team are focussed and performing to their full potential, and show your manager what you’re all about when running the store independently to cover days off and holidays.
