Job summary

The Tickled Trout in West Farleigh is seeking a supervisor who cares about people, loves food and drink, and can uphold standards to create exceptional guest experiences for guests and locals alike.

You’ll get involved with bedrooms and events, help grow sales, and work with a friendly team at a premium hospitality business. We offer flexible hours, a staff discount across all Balfour sites, Wage Stream access, and a wellbeing promise commitment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a premium hospitality business
• Excellent food & drink knowledge
• Good understanding of the importance of financial targets
• Their own transport to get to and from work
