Job summary

Sutton Hall in Macclesfield is looking for Supervisors with an eye on progression to Assistant Manager. Whether you’re an experienced waiter/waitress or already supervising, this role offers a clear path to leadership within Brunning and Price pubs.

We provide structured development, paid overtime, meals on shift, great discounts, pension and weekly pay, with opportunities to move between pubs across the group and grow a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality as waiter/waitress, bar staff, server, or supervisor is helpful but not essential.
• Hands-on with positive attitude and customer focus.
• Able to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and guest service excellence.
• Assist with supervising junior staff and coordinating tasks.
• Contribute to smooth service during peak periods.

About You...

Youhave a natural ability to look after people and make them happy and like us,you’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter,bar staff, serveror food and beverage supervisor, ideally at team leader level would be helpful but isn’t essential.

More importantly, you’re hands on with a positive attitude. You’ll bring your work and life experience to help run busy shifts calmly ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
