Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Surrey Heath is seeking a Description Supervisor on a part‑time basis (37.5 hours per week) to help drive store performance and customer experience. You will lead a small team, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and support the manager in achieving sales targets.

Ideal candidates are customer‑facing, with strong communication and retail experience, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Purpose of the role:

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:

• Achievesales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provideaccurate information about our product to the customer including features andbenefits and stock availability
• Promoteour multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Providean inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Processsales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
