As a Supervising Manager of Wendy’s, you will:

  • Focus on staffing, training, and scheduling to build and retain a 5-star team
  • Identify talent and empower your team through coaching and development
  • Be the face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members
  • Contribute to increasing store sales and profit goals
  • Support the General Manager in daily management of the business, both Front of House and Back of House
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
  • Help build a passionate, engaged team that provides a great guest experience and supports future new site openings

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Flexibility to work 44-hour weeks, including all-day parts and days of the week

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and supervise Team Members
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations to meet Company standards
  • Ensure adherence to all audit requirements, including Health and Safety, Food Audits, Stock takes, EHO, and Financial Audits
  • Build and maintain an efficient team aligned with business objectives
  • Assist in training the team during peak times, including back-of-house operations
  • Comply with legislative and Company Food Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements, promoting a positive safety culture

You’re willing and able to:

  • Travel to other locations as needed (restaurants, area offices, etc.)
