A leading property maintenance firm in Peterborough is seeking a skilled Supervisor to lead a team in delivering essential maintenance services. The role involves overseeing both reactive repairs and planned maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards while making a positive impact on the community. Candidates should have prior supervisory experience in property maintenance, strong interpersonal skills, and a relevant trade qualification.
Annual salary: up to £39,627.00. Location: Peterborough. Full Time Permanent. Salary up to £39,627.00 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card. 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday).
We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our team as part of a social housing contract in Peterborough. This is a dynamic, field-based leadership role where you’ll oversee the delivery of reactive repairs and planned maintenance across occupied properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with a strong pipeline of work and a growing presence in the area. You’ll play a key part in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and ready for residents, making a real impact in the community.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
