• Supervising store colleagues and inspiring them to provide outstanding service to our customers, setting Southern Co-op apart from its competitors
• Key holder to open & close the store
• Effective time management to ensure all daily activities are completed
• Signing off daily operations and other legal compliance documents
• Daily cash handling, inventory management & personal licence holder
• Promoting Southern Co-op by identifying opportunities to engage and support the local community with integrity and thoughtfulness
