As Supervisor, you’ll: Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others. Share moments of joy with our team and guests. Take pride in delivering an experience that keeps our guests coming back.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with the wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Handle opening and closing duties, stock management, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Think on your feet and use your initiative
• Ensure the smooth running of shifts and manage all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
