Job summary

Frankie & Benny’s is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead a busy restaurant floor, ensuring guest experiences are memorable and service is exceptional. You will work closely with the management team to run smooth shifts and support both Front and Back of House teams.

The role focuses on delivering standout service, building strong guest relationships, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while promoting a friendly, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front-of-house roles is preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
