Job summary

Frankie & Benny’s is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to lead a busy restaurant team and deliver memorable guest experiences in a lively setting.

You’ll work closely with the Management Team to ensure smooth shifts, open and close operations, and a positive guest journey. No heavy experience is needed—just a friendly attitude, enthusiasm for hospitality, and a willingness to lead and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or frontline service is desirable.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills are preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
