A vibrant smokehouse in London is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to enhance service and facilitate team development. This role offers opportunities for career progression in a supportive environment, ideal for ambitious individuals passionate about the hospitality industry.

Smokehouse opened in 2013 to rave reviews and has continued to build a loyal following of meat lovers ever since. We work with the best farms in the UK and butcher our meat on site to create a daily changing blackboard bursting with coal-grilled prime cuts and slow smoked specialties. We receive our fish from small day boats off the south coast of England and only use the best produce available.
We have a changing wall of beer featuring 20 taps of craft beer and we source wine from family owned vineyards only.
We are now looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join this busy, service-led pub and restaurant and help us take things to the next level. We believe in treating people the way we wish to be treated and take the careers of our team seriously, aiming to fill all our senior positions internally through training and support.
