Job description

Core Responsibilities

  1. Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
  2. Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, addressing potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies, with support from the ASM and SM.
  3. Complete orders for store and office supplies according to guidelines and budgets.
  4. Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
  5. Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure all products are merchandised on the shop floor, achieving loss prevention targets.
  6. Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining high standards of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.
