What’s the Gig?

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, upbeat, sleeves-rolled-up kind of Supervisor who can help us keep everything running smoothly – from a packed Friday night dinner service to a 100-guest wedding with champagne and canapés. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, support service across the bar, restaurant, and events, and make sure every guest has a top-tier experience – whether they’re here for a burger, a beer, or a big day out.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading shifts and keeping the vibe just right

Overseeing bar and restaurant service with a big focus on quality food

Supporting weddings, private parties, and all kinds of events

Making sure guests are happy and service is seamless

Training and motivating the team so everyone’s bringing their A-game

Managing stock, cash handling, and other day-to-day bits and bobs

You’ll Need To Be:

A natural host with a love for food, drink, and great hospitality

Experienced in busy pubs, restaurants, or events (bonus if you've run shifts)

Cool under pressure – especially when the steak's medium rare and the groom's missing

Big on teamwork, service standards, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere

Flexible – evenings, weekends, and event days are all part of the fun
