Popeyes UK&I is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to run shifts, coach teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support the management team, own your shift, and drive performance across people, product, and service.

Formación

• Experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader/Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining).
• Hands-on leader who supports the team at all times.
• Strong people focus and drive to achieve results.
• Confident in standards, compliance, and food safety; excellent communication and motivational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed, and guest experience standards.
• Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep your team aligned, focused, and energised.
• Be the role model—set the tone, maintain high standards, and lead from the front.
• Create a fun, inclusive environment where both team and guests feel the energy.
• Coach, train, and develop your team—building future leaders.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and company standards.
• Take ownership of shift performance— labour, flow, and service.
• Bring energy and keep service smooth and culture strong.

You’ll be a confident running great shifts, directing and coaching your team and working in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable)
