About The Role

TC Facilities Management is looking for a Supervisor to manage a team working on site. Working alongside the Area Manager, you will provide support to the site, along with training and developing colleagues.
Job Purpose

To manage a team of operatives, ensuring service delivery standards and specifications are met within budget.

Major Accountabilities
  • Ensure all staff have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately to reflect the TC brand.
  • Manage the recruitment process for colleagues, ensuring adherence to TC recruitment standards.
  • Manage staff performance in consultation with HR, taking actions to develop or improve performance.
  • Ensure correct and timely payment of staff, following company payroll requirements.
  • Train and induct staff in their roles, standards, TC values, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure staff adhere to Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to meet their expectations within specifications.
  • Complete audits accurately and on time, addressing resolution actions within timescales.
  • Process all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, obtaining sign-off for completed tasks.
  • Ensure cleaning materials and machinery are available, well-maintained, and used safely.
  • Ensure all periodic cleans are completed to specifications and signed off by customers.
