About the role:

We are seeking a Void Supervisor to join our team, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams who understand the importance of working together for the community.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee a team of multi-trade operatives and subcontracted specialists carrying out void works across our properties. You will support our in-house planners in scheduling work, and be responsible for job costing, approval, and management from start to invoicing, ensuring customer satisfaction and job progress.

You need previous experience and a positive attitude. Meeting new people and maintaining high standards are essential. Our sub office is based in Eastbourne, and you will cover Lewes and surrounding coastal areas such as Newhaven and Seaford. For the right candidate, there is potential to work from our new office in Newhaven after probation, based on demonstrated self-propulsion and planning skills.

All roles require UK work entitlement. Mears does not sponsor visas. To drive a Mears vehicle, candidates must be over 21, have held their licence for over 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
