Job summary

Frankie & Benny’s in Greater Manchester is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the floor, open and close shifts, and ensure guest experiences are exceptional.

You’ll work closely with the management team, support both front and back of house, and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy restaurant.

This role offers hourly pay with tron, employee discounts, wellbeing support, and development opportunities as part of a lively, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a front-of-house team.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead fast-paced service and ensure guest satisfaction.
