NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, supervise daily operations and manage escalated queries from colleagues and the public.
You will patrol public car parks and streets, issue tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles, and work 42.5 hours per week with a 5 days on 2 days off schedule; a full UK driving licence is required. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to community safety and professional development.

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our fantastic team!
Within this role you will lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, carry out daily briefings, deal with escalated queries from both your colleagues and members of the public, and tracking KPIs. On top of this responsibility, you will also be performing the valuable duties carried out by a Civil Enforcement Officer - patrolling public car parks and streets, advising members of the public and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles.

New starters will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and a County Court Judgment check. In addition, the post holder is expected to keep the Company updated if their personal circumstances change.
