Job summary

Fuller’s is recruiting a Supervisor for a flagship Trafalgar Square pub in London. The role offers a wage based on £13.25 per hour plus TRONC derived from tips over the last 6 weeks, with duties centred on leading a team, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining standards across the busy dining and bar operation.

The successful candidate will be an hands-on leader, capable of training new team members and upholding the brand’s emphasis on quality food, drinks, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision and guest service preferred.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise front-of-house team to ensure guest satisfaction.
