We’re looking for a passionate and confident Supervisor to join our management team and help lead from the front – setting the standard for our team and delivering memorable guest experiences every shift.

About the role:

As a Supervisor at The Foley, you'll support the management team in the day-to-day running of the pub, helping to lead shifts, motivate the team, and keep service smooth, slick, and full of energy. You’ll be hands-on during busy shifts, a go-to for your team, and a key player in driving standards, service, and team development forward.

What you'll be doing:

Leading by example and supporting the team during busy shifts

Running sections, managing the floor or bar, and ensuring excellent service at all times

Handling guest queries and complaints with professionalism and confidence

Training and supporting new team members

Opening and closing the pub, cashing up and completing relevant paperwork

Working closely with management on service standards, sales targets, and team motivation

Helping to deliver key KPIs like upselling, checkbacks, table turnover, and Reputation score growth

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role

Confident, calm and capable under pressure

A strong communicator and team player

Organised and hands-on with a keen eye for detail

Passionate about hospitality and delivering stand-out service

Flexible, reliable, and able to lead with positivity and professionalism
