Looking for an exciting new opportunity? We've got you covered! Due to business growth, we need a Supervisor in the Glasgow region.

Under the direction of the Regional Service Manager, the role is responsible for supervising the work of engineers within the Glasgow area. The Supervisor has responsibility for driving the productivity of their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the selection and recruitment of staff
  • Inducting new employees into the business
  • Carrying out training of employees as required
  • Responsible for productivity of the team
  • Liaise and work with relevant parties to ensure all work activity is planned, organised and carried out to the contract brief
  • Consult with other Supervisors and engineers, management, clients and other employees
  • Promote and communicate safety standards/information to colleagues and team members.
  • Mobilising works (e.g. ordering parts, chemicals etc).
  • Overseeing booking of works and advising the scheduler of the timings, engineer skills required and impact to site.

Required Skills:

  • Previous exposure to the Water Hygiene sector in an operational environment
  • Confident IT user, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work to a budget
  • To work effectively in a team
