We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

Right at the heart of the pub – creating moments of joy. You’ll be there supporting the team to deliver both everyday moments and stand-out occasions. You’ll thrive in a busy, varied, fast-paced, and most importantly – fun environment!

As Supervisor, you’ll: Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, sharing moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that keeps our guests coming back.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with the wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Be responsible for opening and closing, stock management, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Think on your feet and use your initiative
• Be accountable for the smooth running of shifts and managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is absent
