We're searching for an experienced Supervisor to join a high-end retail environment, where quality, service, and customer experience are at the heart of everything we do. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a premium setting and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day operations. You'll help drive sales, lead by example on the shop floor, and ensure that every customer enjoys a personalised, first-class shopping experience.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Support with the daily running of the store, acting as a keyholder and senior team member on shift

• Lead by example on customer service, product knowledge, and brand representation

• Motivate and guide the team to exceed sales and service targets

• Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and compliance with operational procedures
