Sports Direct in Coleraine seeks a capable Supervisor to lead a small in-store team and drive a memorable customer experience. You will role-model our standards, train colleagues, and uphold visual merchandising that reflects the Sports Direct Brand.

You will foster a positive working environment, provide timely feedback, and contribute to hitting commercial goals while promoting our values across internal and external teams.
