Job summary

The Old Courthouse in Cheltenham is seeking Supervisors with a passion for hospitality and customer service. This role offers a clear path from supervisor to Assistant Manager, with progression opportunities across Brunning and Price pubs.

Basic pay up to £13 per hour, plus tronc and overtime, plus meals on shift, staff discounts, and a pension. Weekly pay and employee benefits support your financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter, bar staff, server or food and beverage supervisor, ideally at team leader level would be helpful but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Look after customers during shifts and ensure a smooth service.

About You...

Youhave a natural ability to look after people and make them happy and like us,you’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter,bar staff, serveror food and beverage supervisor, ideally at team leader level would be helpful but isn’t essential.

More importantly, you’re hands on with a positive attitude. You’ll bring your work and life experience to help run busy shifts calmly ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
