Byron in Cambridge is seeking a Supervisory team member to support the General Manager and lead the shift with energy and a guest-first mindset. You’ll help build and develop the team, uphold health and safety standards, and deliver true hospitality while taking ownership of standards.

As a Supervisor, you’ll support your fellow ManagementTeam to develop and inspire the team to serve our guests our delicious burgers,fries & sides, plate after plate after plate. You’ll make sure your shiftruns as it should – smoothly, and with great energy. You'll love being in theheart of the business and working side by side with your fellow Byronites,because as delicious as our burgers are, our people are the most importantthing in our restaurants.

Led by your General Manager, you’ll support the runningof the restaurant and inspire the team to deliver exceptional standards. As a Supervisorwith Byron, you’ll:
