Qualifications

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an effective, customer-focused, value-for-money Voids repairs service in both occupied and vacant properties.

You will oversee site supervision of work in progress and liaise with all trade operatives, sub-contractors, and customers to ensure effective delivery of work. Therefore, you should have the ability to manage and motivate a team of trade operatives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal teams and contractors where appropriate.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment while keeping the customer at the forefront.
  • A proactive, 'can do' attitude.
  • The ability to risk assess the workplace and work activities to ensure safety.
  • A relevant trade qualification to City & Guilds or equivalent to level 3 standards, or HNC/HND or equivalent in Building or an acceptable related subject.

Hold a full driving licence.
